We believe that all children, from toddlers to adolescents (ages 1–15), are competent and confident learners who are naturally curious. We understand that children learn differently at each stage of their development.

Rooted in principles of Emmi Pikler and Maria Montessori, our children move freely in calm, beautiful spaces where they grow confidence through routines and discoveries indoors and out in nature. Children naturally absorb English, German and Arabic through immersion. With our gentle settling-in program, the first beginning becomes a special experience for children and parents.

Our approach is built on the belief that children are competent, and inherently curious learners from birth. We foster this through a carefully blended educational framework that empowers children to direct their own learning journey through self-initiated play and exploration. We see every child as a unique individual whose perspective is valued and whose voice is listened to carefully.

At Kompass, children learn and grow in three languages: English, German, and Arabic. Using the IPC, we explore exciting themes and big ideas through fun questions and activities. This helps students become curious thinkers, creative problem-solvers, and caring global citizens. We also learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals to understand how we can help make the world better.

Kompass students learn in a dynamic trilingual environment (English, German, Arabic) through the IMYC’s inquiry-based, thematic approach. They build strong critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills while exploring the UN Sustainable Development Goals. This prepares them for global challenges and future pathways, including the IB Diploma, confidently.
